Gorham pulls away late in 46-36 win over the Eddies

Gorham High won the first Class AA girls’ basketball championship Saturday night, beating Edward Little 46-36 at the Cross Insurance Arena.

Emily Esposito scored 22 points for the Rams, who outscored the Eddies 11-2 over the game’s final six minutes.

Gorham finished 21-0 while the Eddies finished 16-5.
