Allie Clement Selected to All-State Team

The Bangor Daily News has announced it’s All-State Girls basketball selections and the Firecracker’s Allie Clement has been named to the 3rd team. She (along with Parise Rossignol of Van Buren) are the first freshman in 20years to be selected to the All-State team.

Allie, along with First Team All State selections Becca Knight and Alexa Coulombe, lead the McAuley Lions to the Girls Class A State title. Her coach at MacCauley, Amy Vachon had this to say.

“The thing that sets her apart, I think, is her commitment to get better. She’s so fast and has a beautiful, beautiful jump shot.”
