Miss Maine Basketball 2020

Proud to honor this year’s winner of the Miss Maine Basketball award. Julia Colby showed exceptional skill and development in her 4 years at Oxford Hills High School.

A four-time All Conference All-Star, the 5’6″ point guard lead her team to 3 AA North Regional Championships and 2 consecutive AA State Championships during her tenure. Colby put up some impressive stats averaging 17.4 PPG, 3.1 APG and 4.8 RPG and was a 2 time AA North Player of the Year selection.

Julia is the daughter of Cimeron and Jennifer Colby and also has an older sister and younger brother who reside in South Paris. Julia will continue her basketball career and play Division 2 basketball at New York Institute of Technology on scholarship while pursuing a Nursing degree.

Congratulations to Julia for an outstanding four years at Oxford Hills and Maine Firecrackers leaving an incredible mark on the program and community.
