Fifth-graders earn early season championship at Babson

Firecrackers win the 22nd Annual Middlesex Magic First Shot Tournament

Congratulations to the fifth-grade Maine Firecrackers, who won the 22nd Annual Middlesex Magic First Shot Tournament on Sunday. The tournament, held at Babson College in Wellesley, MA, started with a 29-27, come from behind, win against Mass Intensity Basketball Club. The Firecrackers finished with a 3-0 record in the Stanford Pool, and clinched the tournament championship with a victory over host Middlesex Magic.
