Firecracker Trio Key as McAuley Repeats as Maine Class A State Champions
The Firecrackers had 3 players on winning McAuley Class A State Championship team, and all 3 played key rolls in securing McAuley’s second state title in a row. McAuley overcame a strong challenge from CONY HS to win 54-41
Firecracker Olivia Smith led McAuley with 15 points and 8 rebounds, Allie Clement had 11 points and freshman Victoria Lux chipped in 10 points and 4 rebounds.
